Reconnection works with New Communities in the UK in empowering and building their confidence to understand the complex UK system and to lead full, active, independent and integrated lives.
The charity aims to empower and support New Communities by:
• actively campaigning in support of their rights and needs
• supporting them to access services and develop cultural awareness
• providing information, advice, advocacy and referrals
• raising the profile of New Communities and their contribution.
